Minimum Requirements for Maintaining Full Patch Status This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, rather it is intended to give you an idea of the level of commitment to Heralds of the Cross M/M that is expected of each and every full patch member. If you feel that you will be unable to maintain this level of commitment you should consider Associate Membership. Failure to maintain these minimum standards may result in removal of your colors. It is expected that each full patch member be at each and every club event. However, it is understood that occasionally an event must be missed. This is acceptable as long as it is the exception and not the norm. 1. Quarterly chapter business meetings. 2. Monthly breakfast fellowship. 3. Ministry/outreach rides. 4. Outreach booth events. (You will not be expected to work the booth for the entire event; however, you are expected to work the booth for a period of time at each and every booth event, as well as participate in either setup or teardown of the booth.) 5. Other outreach events (e.g. the annual biker blessing and the annual pig roast). It is expected that each and every full patch member help in planning, setting up, working, and cleaning up after these events. If you have any questions about what is expected please contact your chapter president. |
